Insulation, Not Isolation

Rev Brent Brosam tweeted recently:
"True biblical separation is not isolation, but insulation. It is living IN the world as a believer without being OF the world"

Jesus said in John 17:14-16 - "I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world."

When we receive salvation and are rescued from this world there should be nothing in this world that we want to add back into our lives.

It is possible to live in the world without being of the world and the Lord has given us his power to do that very thing.

We do not have to compromise what we believe!
We do not have to hide away from all that are around us!
We do not have to alter the lines of separation that are protection for the church!
We can live in this world without being of this world!

Insulate your life by knowing God's word, praying for God's will and being obedient to God's direction.

Insulate, don't isolate!
